June 2015 to Mar 2017 – Yamal LNG 

Project Location – Batam, Indonesia.

Tecnomar Offshore personnel held key positions for Installation, Commissioning and Completions of the Yamal LNG project in Batam, Indonesia. The Yamal LNG project requirement was to provide thirty two (32) single and double tier E-House modules which were to be shipped to the LNG plant in Sabeta, Russia, the Yamal E-House modules mainly consisted of Power Distribution of 110KV, 33KV, 11KV and 415V switchboards, MV distribution transformers, AC & DC UPS systems, Automation from Siemens PDCS system, Fire & Gas detection & suppression systems, HVAC system, lighting and small power system and a variety of process system control panels and unit control panels.

All 32 of the Yamal LNG project E-House modules were successfully completed and shipped to Sabeta on time to meet the project start-up dates.

Nov 2012 to July 2013 – Brunei Shell B1P Project

Location – Singapore

Tecnomar Offshore personnel held key positions for the completions and commissioning for the Brunei Shell Petroleum B1P project in Singapore. The B1P project requirement was to provide a single lift power generation module which was to be shipped offshore to the BSP Champion 7 offshore complex in Brunei. the B1P module mainly consisted of Power Generation from 2 x SGT 400 GTG units, 11KV and 440V switchboards, MV power transformers, AC & DC UPS systems, Siemens PMS system, Fire & Gas detection and suppression systems, HVAC system and lighting and small power system.

The B1P power module was successfully completed onshore and shipped offshore to meet the project production dates.

Aug 2011 to Nov 2012 – Champion 7 Complex

Location – Kuala Balait, Brunei

Tecnomar Offshore personnel held key positions for the Brunei Shell Petroleum B1P project in Brunei. The B1P project requirement was to identify the Brownfield system tie-ins on the Champion 7 Offshore Complex to be able to accommodate the arrival of the new power module that was being fabricated and partially commissioned in Singapore. NB. The Champion 7 Offshore Complex was made ready for the arrival of the new B1P power module, all power, utility, automation and process systems were prepared for the arrival of the new module.
June 2007 to Aug 2011 – COSL Deep Water Drilling Semi-Submersibles
Location – Yan Tai, China
Tecnomar Offshore personnel held key positions for the installation and commissioning of the COSL projects in Yantai, China. The COSL projects were to provide three (3) GM4000 design semi-submersible deep water drilling vessels. Tecnomar Offshore personnel were responsible for installing and commissioning the main power generation, MV & LV switchboards, MV distribution transformers, emergency geneartion, VFD motor drives and thruster motors, UPS cabinets, LV distribution cabinets, ICSS system cabinets and telecommunication system cabinets. NB. All 3 of the COSL drilling vessels were completed successfully on time and within budget.
